Every product and variant in your Imersian library goes through several stages. You can track these on the My Products dashboard.
Status Definitions
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | The product details have been saved, but the 3D model has not yet been requested. |
| Queued | Generation is queued and will start shortly. |
| Processing | The 3D model is currently being generated (typical for furniture). |
| Texturing | The 3D geometry is finished, and textures are currently being applied. |
| Pending | The model is ready but pending final approval before going live. |
| Published | The 3D model is ready and actively available for customers to view in AR. |
| Missing 3D | No 3D model could be created (e.g., missing a valid image or missing depth dimensions). |
| QA Failed | The model generated but did not pass quality checks. It requires review. |
| Failed | An error occurred during generation (e.g., "invalid dimensions"). |
Search Indexing
Once a product reaches the Published state, it is added to our search index so your customers can find it instantly. This happens automatically on completion, and a daily check makes sure nothing is missed.
