What is Imersian?
Imersian is a spatial commerce platform for home retailers with two products. The AI Shopping Assistant helps shoppers find the right product, including from a photo of their room. The Room Visualizer places your real products at true scale in a photo of the shopper's own room.
How is Imersian priced?
Each product has its own monthly plan, and you can choose one or both. The AI Shopping Assistant is priced on the messages shoppers send. The Room Visualizer is priced on room uploads. Both include 500 active products, and larger catalogues add a catalogue tier. The builder above shows your price in AUD, USD or EUR.
What counts as a room upload?
One room upload is one photo a shopper takes or uploads of their own room. Every product they place, move, rotate or swap in that room is included, so a shopper trying 15 rugs in one room uses one upload. Room templates are not counted at all.
Do I pay for each product a shopper tries?
No. Many visualizers charge for every product preview, so the cost rises exactly when shoppers are most engaged. Imersian charges once for the room upload, and the products tried in that room are included.
What counts as a message on the AI Shopping Assistant?
One message is one message a shopper sends. The Assistant's replies are not counted, so a five-question conversation uses five messages, not ten.
Do I need 3D models of my products?
Not for rugs, wall art, wallpaper, tiles or flooring: these are shown from your own product images. Furniture and décor need a 3D model, which we generate from your existing product photos for a one-time fee per product, or you can supply your own at no onboarding cost.
What happens if shoppers use more than my monthly allowance?
Extra room uploads and messages are billed per use, and the rate per room upload falls as volume rises. You don't need to change plans for a busy month.
When does pricing become custom?
Larger stores get a custom quote: above 75,000 monthly store visits, 50,000 Assistant conversations a month or 30,000 active products. Book a demo and we'll scope it with you.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can start for free with 5 uploads and 300 credits (up to 3 AI model generations), with no credit card required. Self-serve only.
Can I cancel or change plans?
The AI Shopping Assistant is month to month with no minimum term, or billed annually at a discount. Room Visualizer terms are agreed with our team when you book a demo.
How long does it take to go live?
The Room Visualizer is live in less than 48 hours: our team onboards and checks your products. The AI Shopping Assistant is live within 30 minutes for many merchants.
What ecommerce platforms do you support?
Imersian is a native Shopify app. Other platforms, including WooCommerce, BigCommerce and headless storefronts, are supported through embeddable components and our API, activated with our team.
