Products not appearing after syncing
Make sure the product tag is exactly
imersianvisualiserenabled.Verify the product is Active on Shopify (not Draft).
Wait a 24 hours and check again, large cataloguess take longer to sync.
Verify Shopify and Imersian are connected (check Integration > Shopify in your Imersian portal).
Retry “Sync Products” and refresh the page after a few minutes.
3D generation failed or is stuck on Processing
Check the image meets the Image Guidelines (top-down for rugs, front-facing for furniture, clean background, no shadows or obstructions).
Make sure you have available 3D generation credits (Billing > Credits).
Try regenerating the product.
Ensure dimensions are included in the product description or variant title
Uploaded model not appearing
Confirm that each
.GLBfile matches the variant SKU or title exactly.Check that the model file is under the maximum upload size of 20MB.
