Troubleshooting Imersian for Shopify

Common Issues & Fixes

Products not appearing after syncing

  • Make sure the product tag is exactly imersianvisualiserenabled.

  • Verify the product is Active on Shopify (not Draft).

  • Wait a 24 hours and check again, large cataloguess take longer to sync.

  • Verify Shopify and Imersian are connected (check Integration > Shopify in your Imersian portal).

  • Retry “Sync Products” and refresh the page after a few minutes.

3D generation failed or is stuck on Processing

  • Check the image meets the Image Guidelines (top-down for rugs, front-facing for furniture, clean background, no shadows or obstructions).

  • Make sure you have available 3D generation credits (Billing > Credits).

  • Try regenerating the product.

  • Ensure dimensions are included in the product description or variant title

Uploaded model not appearing

  • Confirm that each .GLB file matches the variant SKU or title exactly.

  • Check that the model file is under the maximum upload size of 20MB.
