Q1: How long does product syncing take?
A: Syncing usually takes 5-10 minutes but can be longer for large catalogues. Refresh your Manage page after a few minutes to ensure sync.

Q2: Can I skip 3D generation for certain products?
A: Yes. Add the tag imersianvisualiserskip to any product you don’t want to include in the visualiser.

Q3: How do I update product dimensions?
A: Update them directly in your Shopify variant title or description, then re-sync products from the Integration page. Alternatively, you may override the product dimensions while generating the 3D assets

Q4: What image formats are supported?
A: JPG and PNG are supported. Use clean, high-resolution images on a plain background.

Q5: Can I use my own 3D models?
A: Yes. Upload .GLB files for each product variant. Imersian automatically generates .USDZ for iOS compatibility.

Q6: What product types are supported?
A: Currently, Furniture, Rugs, and Wall Art. Other product types can be added manually with your own 3D models.

Q7: I still need help, what should I do?
A: Contact Imersian Support. Include your Shopify store URL and affected product names.
