What Happens After Setup

  1. Sync Check: Imersian checks your products regularly

  2. Validation: Only products with proper images are processed

  3. 3D Creation: Valid products get 3D models created

  4. AR Ready: Customers can now view products in the visualiser and AR

Timeline Expectations

  • Initial sync: 24-48 hours after setup

  • New products: Usually processed within 24 hours

  • Updates: Changes to existing products sync within hours

Product Status Guide

✅ Products That Will Be Processed:

  • Have a top-down image with correct alt text

  • Include dimensions in product options

  • Are active in your Shopify store

  • Have proper product information

❌ Products That Will Be Skipped:

  • Missing proper image alt text

  • No clear top-down view available

  • Missing dimension information

  • Have "skip" tag (see troubleshooting)

⏳ Products Being Processed:

  • Recently added or updated products

  • Products with new images added

  • Products being analyzed by AI

Troubleshooting

My Products Aren't Being Processed

Check these items:

  1. Image Alt Text: Make sure you've added imersianvisualiserimage to the alt text of your top-down image

  2. Image Quality: Ensure the image clearly shows the product from above

  3. Product Status: Verify the product is published and active in your store

  4. Dimensions: Check that size information is included in product options

How to Skip a Product

If you don't want a specific product to be processed:

  1. Go to the product in Shopify Admin

  2. Find any product image

  3. Set the alt text to: imersianvisualiserskip

  4. Save the product

Products Keep Getting Skipped

Common causes:

  • No top-down view image available

  • Alt text is misspelled (must be exact: imersianvisualiserimage)

  • Product doesn't have clear dimensions

  • Image quality is too poor for processing
